Instructions for a WINDOWS computer (will not work on a MAC):

1. Download this tool: Download Help Tool
2. Double click the downloaded file to run it (accept any prompts that may appear)
3. In the "Control Remote Desktop" window, type in the numeric code given to you and then click "connect" to be connected
4. DISCONENCT when you are done!!!
